I love hearing from you all, its fantastic to read what you all have to say. I think it is funny how one person can try and take credit for what was such a wide spread effort which is the reason for the numerous posts on "Clay Saving Jericho"

Oh, what a terrible misunderstanding for Clay. I bet he is embarrassed. He did indeed blog his fans to help get Jericho back on the air and it seemed that after that blog...it happened. His fans were very actively involved, but they are in no way responsible. Being as busy as he is, when he saw the results, he just got so excited about it.
May I speak for all the Clay fans?? We led him to believe we turned this around when he heard our enthusiasm to join the cause . Please do not be upset with him. We had th best of intentions in helping, but something got mixed up along the way. We are happy to have helped, but tke no credit. Sorry......

Yeah, don't worry about that. He was misinformed. What really matters is that Clay's fans (those that participated) know they didn't save Jericho by themselves, and hopefully someone has clued Clay into that by now.

The Sun Sentinel interview comments are not new from Clay. It is a repeat of the identical article that originally ran back in early July in the Houston Chronicle where Clay talked about Jericho. The Sentinel picked up the entire interview and ran it. Since it became obvious that Clay mistakenly thought the Claymates originated the campaign, the fans clarified to Clay that although they got on board with the Jericho campaign that they certainly did not START the campaign and he hasn't taken credit for it since. Unfortunately a few ot these old interviews are floating around. :)

Clay Aiken is a legend in his own mind. Please don't attempt to quash his fantasy; the guy doesn't have much left, beyond that.
